Heres the website: http://www.princetonreview.com/college/default.asp
you may have to log-in with a username and password, you can just use mine below:
username: gcloo1220@yahoo.com
password: nasa2008
Once you log-in, it may ask you for some background information on me (its assuming that I am in high school and looking at colleges to apply to). Just click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.
Now you should be on the main page. You can search for any school in the search bar located on the bottom left side of the page. Make sure 'school' is selected instead of 'site' so it only returns matches to schools. Once you have searched for a school and selected it in the results page, you will be taken to a bio page on the school. On the left side of the page is a list of options, choose 'Statistics.' Admission Selectivity Rating is the first stat listed under General Information. You can click on the statistic name for a further explanation of the rating.
To go on to another school simply scroll down to the bottom of the page, and the same search box will be available on the far left again.

Big Five Personality Tests
Here are a few links to Big Five personality tests:

General Aptitude Tests (GAT)
As we discussed, based on a lot of the research, a test of general mental ability seems to be the most reliable predictor of performance.
Ive found some good sample GATs.
Ive posted a good one on the Research Documents page (at the bottom), or you can visit this link for a list of samples.
https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vce/exams/gat/gat.html#H2N400019
Now, I'm going to look for tests for integrity or conscientiousness, which could increase the validity of the predictor test when paired with the GAT.
Also this morning, I am getting all of my tax forms turned in and hopefully getting registered for NAMS. This will give me access to the performance evaluations.
This afternoon is the Human Resources Dept picnic out at a nearby state park (I'm not sure if you were there when they discussed this at the meeting on Tuesday), so I won't be in the office.

Background Website
This website provides a general background on the issue. A lot of the research I've done has talked about Conscientiousness, which is also addressed here. I think a good starting point for me tomorrow will be to review the sources.
